- Scenario & Training Data: Training folders, scenario descriptions, customized body markings, tactical options, and outcomes synced to your account. This data is strictly processed to provide you with the evaluation functionality across your synced devices.
3. Technical Server Logging
When you access our application, the host server automatically logs general technical connection data in server log files. This includes: IP address, date and time of the request, browser type and version, operating system used, and the requested resources. This logging is necessary to ensure server security, prevent abuse, and debug errors. The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interests).
4. Legal Basis for Processing
We process your personal data in accordance with the GDPR under the following legal bases:
- Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR: Processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party (providing the user account and synchronizing scenario data).
- Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR: Processing is necessary for the purposes of legitimate interests (ensuring server security, troubleshooting, and enforcement of rate-limiting protections).
5. Session Storage and Cookies
This application does not use tracking or advertising cookies. To manage your active session, a secure JSON Web Token (JWT) is stored in your browser's local storage (`localStorage`). This data is strictly technical and essential to verify your identity and authorize requests. No consent banner is legally required for these strictly necessary parameters.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
Your account information and scenario records will remain stored as long as your user account remains active. You can request the deletion of your account and all associated scenario records at any time. When an account is deleted, all stored scenario logs, folder configurations, and user credentials will be immediately and permanently removed from the active database.

As a data subject in the European Union, you have the following rights under the GDPR:
